Dr. Oagile Kanyeto is the Managing Director of Mattra International. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. He also studied in the UK where he obtained an MSc degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, and a PhD in Masonry Structures from Kingston University London. He worked for a few years as an assistant engineer in Gibb Botswana consulting engineering firm, where he worked with a team of chartered structural engineers on projects such as the redevelopment of Botswana Meat Commission Abattoir. 

He then co-founded BKB Consulting Engineers and carried out a number of projects including structural design of part of Pretoria Airport Terminal Building. For the past twelve years, Dr Kanyeto has been working for University of Botswana as a lecturer in Civil and Structural Engineering, and simultaneously working as a private consultant. He is the Immediate Past President of Botswana Institution of Engineers and a member of International Masonry Society, UK. Dr. Oagile Kanyeto is a Registered Professional Engineer under the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Botswana. He is a former Board Member at ERB.
